Meet Meaghan Mannion
Meaghan Mannion is an aspiring leader of leaders. Her goal is to lead a confident team always looking for ways to make their property be the best community for their residents to live in. She thrives in finding efficient process improvements. Meaghan joined the property management industry in 2014, transitioning from hospitality with a background in events, private clubs, and resorts. She easily applied the same skill sets to her roles in the rental housing industry. Her current role is with Lupoli Companies as a Residential Leasing Manager. Formerly with Hunt Military Communities, Meaghan led her team to earn three CEL A-List Awards for Customer Service Excellence – Multifamily from annual resident satisfaction surveys. Each year CEL & Associates, Inc. compiles customer satisfaction survey data from thousands of properties. The A-List Awards for Customer Service Excellence have been awarded in recognition of achieving a “Best in The Industry” rating for providing the highest level and quality of service. Meaghan loves to learn and has a passion for expanding her leadership skills. Through her leadership journey, she has learned it's a skill you can never fully master and can always improve.
