Meet Jason Cantu

JASON CANTU, NALP, CAM, CAPS, CPO, EPA

Mr. Cantu Is an Associate Director of Property Management for Tigris Real Estate. This role entails direct involvement in TRE direct property management operations and the responsibility to ensure that TRE’S portfolio is managed in accordance with TRE’S quality standards. Mr. Cantu, through on and off-site personnel, is responsible for optimal fiscal, physical, operational and social management of properties in the portfolio, and regulatory compliance. Mr. Cantu has vast experience within the multifamily industry and years of onsite management and leasing experience. Mr. Cantu graduated MAGNA CUM LAUDE from Texas Tech University in 2004 with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies. In 2017 and 2018 he served our local Lubbock Apartment Association as co-chair of community service committee. He was awarded Regional Manager of the year 2018 by his peers of the association. Currently he is serving as co-chair of the education committee for the Lubbock Apartment Association.
