Meet Julianna Kim

Julianna Kim is an experienced Community Manager in the Washington DC Metro Area specializing in multi-phase lease-ups. Julianna began her journey in multifamily housing as a temp leasing consultant in 2014 with Mill Creek Residential. She was brought on board as a full-time Leasing Consultant and was quickly promoted to Assistant Community Manager and Community Manager. She now manages a mixed-use, multi-phase mid-rise community in the heart of Northern Virginia and will be celebrating her seven-year anniversary with Mill Creek Residential this year.

Julianna has a passion for training and development and is very proud to have had two direct reports selected for nationwide development programs. Julianna is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM®) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS®) candidate and was recognized in the 2020 Class of NAA's Top 20 in Their Twenties.
