Meet Buddy Bryson

Buddy has been a part of the multifamily since graduating from NC State University in 2012. Starting out as a leasing partner, Buddy worked hard to earn promotions to assistant manager and property manager in his 8 years of professional management. Buddy formerly worked as a manager with Berkshire Communities in Durham, NC. In his professional career, Buddy has received designations for becoming a mentor and won Property of the Year while managing a property that was deeply impacted by surrounding lease ups and construction. When asked what his biggest accomplishment was, Buddy responded with knowing that his former employees have been promoted up to new positions of managers and assistant managers in the industry. Buddy currently works as an Account and Marketing Manager with Groundworks Landscaping.
