Meet Ishea Shepherd

Ishea Shepherd is a Temple University graduate majoring in Communications.

From 2011 to 2015 she worked as a Project Assistant for Brothers Building Inc. In this position, she was responsible for assisting with the successful planning, execution, and closure of construction projects.

Since 2015, Ishea has been working at AMC Delancey Group she started as a Project assistant responsible for supporting the construction and maintenance departments in the successful completion of projects of various sizes.

She was then promoted to Assistant Property, Property Manager and is currently acting as Senior Property Manager overseeing the effective management of over 600 scattered-site apartments with a staff of two assistant property managers and 8 maintenance technicians.
Ishea is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania and is a Certified Associate in Project Management by the Project Management Institute. She also obtained her CAM certification through the National Apartment Association.
