Meet Saniya Regmi Regmi

Saniya Regmi is a Nepalese American woman who has been in the Multi-Family Housing industry for 8 years. She has won multiple awards in the industry since she has started in 2013. In 2015, Saniya Regmi won Rookie of the Year for the Emerald Awards. She then went on to become an Emerald Award finalist for Assistant Community Manager Over 300+ units in 2016. She has won internal awards in 2019 for Service with a Smile and Best Team Player. In 2019, Saniya was part of a Cultural Ambassador program within her company to help train new hires in different regions. In 2020, Saniya obtained her Certified Apartment Manager designation. In 2021, Saniya became a Manager in Training Mentor and will also be obtaining her Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation.
