Meet Christine Munda
When Christine Munda left Cheyney University in the spring of 2009 she was certain she would be starting her "dream" career path as she began to prepare to go to law school. As life would have it, she did not end up using her university degree as planned. Instead she worked in various industries gaining a wealth of knowledge before finally landing in the multi-family industry.
Christine began her career in property management in 2017 after taking three years off to focus her time on raising her daughter with her husband. Upon reentering the work force, she accepted a position as a Leasing Agent with a 200+ apartment community. She quickly assimilated to the role due to her past experience in customer service and sales as well as her skills learned at Cheyney University. Throughout her year with her first company, she learned the basic skills necessary to fulfill her role but always felt that there was more out there for her.
After one year with her employer, Christine left to join her current employer, Berger Rental Communities. As a part of the Berger family, Christine was afforded the opportunity to grow and learn, earning her NALP after only one year with the company and being promoted from a leasing position to a Regional Support Specialist within three years. In her current position, Christine continues to allow herself to obtain all the knowledge she can to facilitate not only her individual communities but the company as a whole. Knowledge is key and Christine understands this. Which is why she looks forward to the upcoming steps of obtaining her CAM certification in 2022 as well as increasing her PAA and NAA involvement.
