Meet Ariel Guzman

Ariel started in the industry with Avalonbay communities as an intern. From that experience, Ariel was sure he found his passion. When he completed his degree in business administration at Monmouth University, he took a leasing consultant position with Windsor communities in Edgewater, NJ. During his time there, he achieved top leaser of the northeast for 2 consecutive months. After Avalonbay found out he worked in the area, they reached out to him to provide an assistant manager role for a new lease up. During his time with Avalonbay, Ariel received his certified apartment manager credential, and was awarded Assistant Property Manager of excellence from the New Jersey Apartment Association. After an exhilarating 2 years and a promotion later, Ariel embarked on a new journey with Greystar in which he has been exposed to vast range of assets in the NY region.
